If you’ve less than 500 staff, it’s a low monthly subscription for access to the platform with a small fee on success.
You get the benefits of the Sixley platform including one-to-one asking, social sharing and a referral board. And, if you need more, there’s an option to integrate with your system or add dedicated CSM support.

You manage the platform directly, choosing which staff to ask and setting your rewards. And if you hire, we manage the rewards and close out recommendations.
Optionally, you can integrate with your ATS or customise messaging and social imagery.

For companies with over 500 staff
A subscription gives you unlimited access to the platform across all your recruiters and divisions.
You get full platform functionality as standard as well as options to integrate with your ATS, customise tone of voice and messaging, and CSM support.

You get standard integration with your ATS and HRIS / Directory. You also get customisations including core messaging, branding and your own social post imagery.
All you pay is a monthly fee and, when you hire, the referral reward set by you + a 20% reward administration fee.

Dedicated and custom support
We offer customised pricing for companies requiring greater volume, customisations and support.
For clients with over 1,000 staff, we can provide customised platform functionality and dedicated support with unlimited recruiter seats and posts.

Through a simple integration with your ATS and HRIS / Directory, your recruiters get full ‘hands-off’ automation while being able to take control of the referral and sharing process if they choose.
We work with you on messaging and branding and you can customise your own social post imagery and boards.
Pricing is based on employee numbers as well as a small referral reward administration fee when you hire.
