Paul Naha-Biswas

CEO
Paul founded Sixley after senior leadership roles across the media and telecoms industry, strategy consulting, and corporate and private start-ups.
He previously founded Boclips that was acquired in 2022 by US private equity for high 8-figures.

Jenny Brown

SVP, OPERATIONS
With skills developed at Ford and PA Consulting, Jenny is a specialist in HR information systems.
In addition to consulting clients, her recent roles include leading HRIS at BP, and EMEA Director of Customer Success at $400m HRTech, HireVue.

Richard Jones

DIRECTOR, INVESTOR
Prior to Sixley, Richard was a Co-Founder of Tower House Partners, a $1bn hedge fund.
Richard started his career in equity research culminating as the Head of European TMT Equity Research and the Co-Head of the Consumer Business Unit at Goldman Sachs.

Ruth Slamon

HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Ruth leads our customer success team helping clients set up and drive success from referrals and the Sixley platform.
Prior to Sixley, Ruth was a Customer Success Manager running a number of accounts at major SaaS enterprise platforms.

Harsh Ashtekar

INTERIM CTO
Harsh is Sixley’s Acting CTO and the CEO of CalmRay, a UK-based development house focused on data and experiential projects.
His previous work includes building data-rich platforms in the FinTech, HRIS and Consumer Technology spaces.
Clients including the Baltic Exchange, Samsung and ANZ Bank.
Bevan Thomas

CHIEF CLIENT OFFICER
Bevan joined Sixley from Newsflare, a user-generated content marketplace that he co-founded, with c.1,000 news clients globally.
In addition to Sixley, Bevan is an investor and advisor to a number of growth start-ups.

With expertise in international partnerships and new ventures, Aziz was previously the Head of Online Ventures at Ooredoo (Qatar’s national telco).
His other experience includes investment banking, start-ups and advisory.
