Sixley only contacts people in their capacity as staff or at a named person’s behest. We keep every recommendation confidential from clients until someone applies. We do not tell people whether the person they recommended has applied.
There’s no data scraping of employee’s contacts and no sign-ups required.

Sixley’s AI helps humans recommend and share roles with other humans. So we never use AI to screen or filter applications, nor for assessing the suitability of someone for a role.

Easy to integrate
Using our unified API, we can connect instantly with 120+ ATS, HRIS and Directory systems. We don’t require any custom fields or buttons to operate. We can mail staff from one of your sub-domains (like Mailchimp does) or directly from ours.
