Your jobs are pulled from your ATS into Sixley.

Rewards are set according to your own policies and relevant contacts are pre-selected.

Recruiters can customise the job, rewards and contacts either before or once they are live.

Ask

Sixley pre-selects relevant staff to contact.

Recruiters can add other staff, their external contacts or share as social posts.

Jobs also automatically go out on your own DE&I and specialist referral boards.

Recommend, share or apply

Anyone you ask or who sees the role on one of your DE&I boards can suggest others, share socially or even apply themselves.

And with our six-degree tracking, everyone who contributes to a hire gets rewarded - even if it’s your staff’s network’s network that recommends the right hire.

Our engine automatically reminds those contacted and follows-up on and tracks every interaction, share, recommendation and application.
