Pay as you go

For companies with up to 200 staff

If you’ve less than 200 staff, you can choose between our Standard or Pay as you go plans.

With Pay as you go, you only pay when you hire. And you still get the benefits of the Sixley platform including one-to-one asking, social sharing and boards.

  • You manage the platform directly, choosing which staff to ask and setting your rewards. And if you hire, we manage the rewards and close out recommendations.

    As options, you can also add custom features or integrate with your ATS.

  • You pay a success fee on hire + the referral reward set by you.

    Additional set-up and ATS integration fees may apply depending on your needs.

Standard

For companies with up to 1,000 staff

A monthly subscription fee gives you unlimited access to the platform across all your recruiters and divisions.

You get full platform functionality as standard as well as options to integrate with your ATS, customise tone of voice and messaging, and CSM support.

  • You choose whether to manage the platform directly or to integrate with your ATS. You also get standard customisations including core messaging, branding and your own social post imagery.

    All you pay is a monthly fee and, when you hire, the referral reward set by you + a 20% reward administration fee.

  • Monthly subscription fee to use the platform with a 12 month minimum term.

Enterprise

Dedicated and custom support

We offer customised pricing for companies requiring greater volume, customisations and support.

For clients with over 1,000 staff, we can provide customised platform functionality and dedicated support with unlimited recruiter seats and posts.

  • Through a simple integration with your ATS, your recruiters get the choice of full ‘hands-off’ automation or taking control of the referral and sharing process.

    We work with you on messaging and branding and you can customise your own social post imagery and boards.

    Pricing is based on employee numbers as well as a small referral reward administration fee when you hire.

  • Monthly subscription fee dependent on staff numbers and your needs set with an agreed term.

    Referral reward fee as set by you + a reward administration fee.
