Once we’re connected to your ATS, HRIS or Directory - and we’ve got pre-built integrations with over 200 of them - everything is automatic.

Your jobs are pulled from your ATS into Sixley.

Imagery, videos, rewards, tone and teasers are made and set according to your own policies and relevant contacts are pre-selected.

Recruiters get emailed that a job’s going live and they can let it go out or edit it either before or after go-live.

Sixley selects and contacts around 20 relevant staff for every role, making sure that someone not over contacted.

Recruiters or hiring managers can add other people they wish contacted and also share the job as a social post.

Jobs also automatically go out on your own referral boards including any DEI or specialist ones

Recommend, share or apply

Anyone asked or who sees the role on your referral boards or social posts can suggest others, share socially or even apply themselves.

There’s no sign-ups, no data scrapes and potential referrers can even bounce ideas or find out more about the job by having a text or voice chat with Sophie, our humanistic AI.

And with our six-degree tracking, everyone who contributes to a hire gets rewarded - even if it’s your staff’s network’s network that recommends the right hire.

Sixley automatically reminds those contacted and follows-up on and tracks every interaction, share, recommendation and application.

We add our headhunter note and send every application to your usual ATS dashboard. You then decide whether to screen, interview, reject or hire. And we close out the chain so no-one’s left hanging.
